Theta Xi, what are we about?
Theta Xi Fraternity is a nationally recognized organization with seven core purposes that help individuals strive to be the best they can be. Founded at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RTI), in Troy, New York in the year 1864, we are a Fraternity with deep roots and great establishment. Theta Xi makes it a goal to provide its members with purpose, friendship, and bonds that we share through time spent together, and our secret ritual. We strive to build better men and advance members college experience in a variety of ways including but not limiting to, encouraging good scholarship, providing leadership roles, and sparking interests outside of the chapter in order to grow.
The Kappa Theta Chapter
The Kappa Theta Chapter at Western Illinois University is a chapter dedicated to success and trying their hardest in whatever they do. Each member is selected individually to take on rolls within the chapter and members are encouraged to strive to take that position to new heights. We are a very tight knit chapter where everyone is friends with everyone. We like to stick together, and work together in order to try and achieve greatness in whatever the task may be at hand. The Kappa Theta Chapter spends time helping out around the community along with national philanthropies. Whatever our chapter takes on, we make it a goal to work the hardest we can to make it successful. The Kappa Theta Chapter is a proud one, and as we continue to grow, we have made it a goal to keep it close and maintain an environment where life long friendships can be made.
